There are 24 hours in a day.We have divided the day into 3 eight hour parts. There are no specific time slots within the rotations.

Times are Pacific Time.

• Rotation 1: 6 AM to 2 PM
• Rotation 2: 2 PM to 10 PM
• Rotation 3: 10 PM to 6 AM
